10/30/21

I wish I loved Halloween more.

1029/21

Politics has infiltrated every aspect of our lives, and someone must be brave enough to make it stop.

10/28/21

I am feeling a sadness I cannot shake.

10/27/21

My life is filling up with regret.

10/26/21

I will soon turn 38 and I have no idea how that happened.

10/25/21

I want this website to be more than it is, but I don’t know how to get there.

10/22/21

I cannot stop thinking about New York.

10/21/21

My dream is to travel, write, photograph, and document. I fear this dream will never be my reality.

10/20/21

For the first time in a week, Brandon and I were back in the same room last night. Man, I love this human being.

10/19/21

After a long weekend in New York City, I find myself obsessed with this thought… Could I ever find myself living there?

10/13/21

I am wasting my life.

10/12/21

I really struggle with giving the best version of myself when my heart isn’t in it completely.

10/11/21

I am not feeling it today.

10/9/21

On Thursday, I return to New York City for the first time in 10 years. To say I am excited would be an understatement.

Be good to each other,

Nathan

Nathan Box
Hello! My name is Nathan. I've always believed I would meet that special someone in one of two places; either a record store or a book store. Maybe I need to amend? I moved to Seattle in February of 2011 from Oklahoma City (Try and not hold the Sonics/Thunder thing against me). I knew I wanted to work for a nonprofit and go to grad school. Within a couple of months, I was doing both. During the day, I work as a Fund Developer and Community Relations Manager for a nonprofit in Kent and at night I try to stay as busy as possible volunteering, trying new restaurants, finding hidden bars and exploring Seattle. The past few years has been both terrifying and exhilarating. I have done things on my own I didn’t think were within my capability. I love being outdoors. On any given weekend, I can be found hiking, on a road trip, volunteering, at a museum, seeing a movie (I see a lot of them). I am passionate about nonprofit work. I feel called to leave a mark on this world. Nothing against those who enjoy making tons of money, I just need to know I am making a difference.
